J.P., our young energetic spokesman, embodies JCP's long award-winning customer service team. The campaign promises consumers that JCP knows 'where you're headed', and they already have everything you need to get there. Included: a microsite/app, an in-store magic mirror displaying new arrivals that passerbys can 'try on'--without a trip to the fitting room, all with full social media integration
The app, 'Pocket J.P.', gives users all of J.P.'s 'magic powers' so they can redecorate their living room from the comfort of their couch, or find a style match.
